PETALING JAYA: Ekuiti Nasional Bhd (Ekuinas) has acquired a controlling stake in turnkey and components manufacturer Flexi Versa Group Sdn Bhd (FVG), for RM330mil based on enterprise value.

This marked the government-linked private equity (PE) fund’s foray into the electronic manufacturing services industry.
