FVG supported the development of a compact IoT device built to monitor poultry farm environments while withstanding moisture, dust, and fluctuating outdoor conditions. The unit required IPX65 compliance, leak-proof sealing, and mechanical robustness for reliable field use.
Manufacturing Process:
Mechanical Support: Assisted with housing, sealing, and structural development.
Sealing and Protection: Designed and validated custom rubber seals to achieve IPX65 compliance.
Testing and Validation: Provided environmental and leak-proof testing across EVT and DVT stages.
Pilot Build: Supported a >1,000 unit PVT build to enable scalable deployment.
