FVG manufactures for OEMs in medical devices, semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, clean technology, Internet of Things (IoT), and telecom & networking. Our low-to-medium volume, high-mix production model is built for these industries specifically, where product complexity and customization matter more than sheer unit volume.
FVG operates and partner with manufacturing sites across Southeast Asia, North Asia, and North America — more than 10 sites regionally, totaling over 1 million square feet of facility space. This regional footprint lets customers scale production without switching manufacturing partners as volume grows.
High-volume manufacturing runs large quantities of a small number of standardized products — optimized for repetition and unit cost. Low-volume, high-mix manufacturing is built for the opposite: smaller batches of more complex, customized, or frequently-changing products, which is typical in medical devices, semiconductor equipment, and industrial automation. It demands more flexible production lines, faster changeovers, and closer engineering involvement — which is why FVG's model is built around this approach rather than high-volume commodity production.
FVG supports NPI starting with an early design and manufacturability review to catch DFM risks before they become costly redesigns, followed by prototyping and structured validation to prove out the build.
