Kuala Lumpur — 9 August — FVG team members traded their desks for the pavement this weekend, lacing up for a charity run organized by Kiwanis in partnership with MBJB (Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru), all in support of individuals with Down syndrome.
Between 7am and 9am, runners, walkers, and volunteers of all ages gathered for an event that was about far more than fitness. Every step taken that morning helped raise vital funds and awareness for programs that directly benefit individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
For FVG, the run was a natural extension of the company's commitment to social responsibility — a chance to show up, literally, for a cause that matters.
What stood out most wasn't the distance covered, but the spirit behind it. Participants young and old came together in an atmosphere charged with encouragement and shared purpose, underscoring a simple but powerful truth: building an inclusive community takes all of us.
FVG team members were proud to stand alongside Kiwanis, MBJB, and fellow participants in championing acceptance and opportunity for individuals with Down syndrome.
By the time the run wrapped up, FVG's team left not just energized, but more connected — to their colleagues, their community, and a cause worth showing up for.
The event was a clear reminder of what's possible when organizations like Kiwanis and MBJB join forces with committed partners. Together, real change is happening — and FVG is proud to be part of the movement.
