Silcotech Industry Sdn Bhd held its annual fire drill on 29 November 2025 as part of its ongoing responsibility to maintain a safe and prepared working environment. The session brought together all employees, including members of the Emergency Response Team, with strong participation and a positive, enthusiastic atmosphere.

While the drill fulfils an important safety obligation, it also created a shared moment beyond daily operations. Employees took part actively, supported one another, and treated the exercise as both a serious responsibility and a team building experience.

Silcotech continues to believe that a strong safety culture is built not only through procedures, but through people who are engaged, aware, and willing to look out for one another.
